Tango, known for it’s iconic advertising and outrageous tone of voice, hadn’t been on TV in years. So we trolled the UK with the most off brand return ever. The UK hated it.
Two ad breaks later we introduced Tango superfan Rodney Cloomb in his home, Googlebox Style, who also hated it. For two weeks Rodney complained on every Tango social media touchpoint about how much he hated it.
Hate filled Rodney then discovers the 5 Stages of Tang on a late night shopping channel.
We released this 9 minute shopping channel segment on late night TV and online.
